All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share personal data (phone numbers) and consent with affiliates/ third parties, or partners.
6. SMS / Text Message Communications
GXHR Inc. operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with users regarding our services, including updates on talent matching, hiring opportunities, and account-related notifications.
Opt-In. By providing your telephone number and submitting a form on our website, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from GXHR Inc. at the number provided. You may also opt in by texting a designated keyword to our short code, as indicated at the point of collection. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interactions with our services. You may receive up to 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. To re-enroll, reply START or submit your number again through our website.
Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message or contact us at info@fraction.work. Supported Carriers. We support all major U.S. carriers. Carrier support for short code SMS is not guaranteed. GXHR Inc. and your mobile carrier are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages.
